Travel directions

 

By car, travel to Museum Abteiberg as follows:

A 61 MOTORWAY

- Exit: Mönchengladbach-West, or exit: Mönchengladbach-Holt

- Direction: Mönchengladbach-Zentrum

- Then follow the signs

A52 MOTORWAY

- Exit: Mönchengladbach-Nord / Viersen

- Direction: Mönchengladbach-Zentrum

- Then follow the signs

The Abteiberg multi-storey car park is open daily until 20:30 (18:30 on Sundays). Parking fee: €1.00 per hour.

ARRIVING BY TRAIN

Train to Mönchengladbach Hauptbahnhof (central station)
From there, take a bus or taxi to Museum Abteiberg.
Or, if you have a little time, take the 15-minute walk along Hindenburgstrasse through the centre of Mönchengladbach until you reach the junction “An der Stadtmauer”.

Taxis are available directly in front of Mönchengladbach Hauptbahnhof (central station).

BUS

Take one of the following buses to Museum Abteiberg from Mönchengladbach Hauptbahnhof
Buses: 003, 008, 009, 013 or 023
Direction: Alter Markt
Get off at the stop “Abteiberg”
